Leveraging proprietary technology, battle-tested data, and a profound understanding of the U.S. real estate markets, C-Star's vertically-integrated platform offers investors a more efficient and streamlined approach to investing in SFR properties. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Intern to assist our Software Engineer.

Responsibilities:

? Design and develop front-end and back-end web applications.

? Build tools and automation data pipelines to collect different data sources on AWS, as well as real-time data reporting and analysis.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

? Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices.

? Ad hoc assignments from time to time.

Required Qualifications:

? BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of related experience

? Strong knowledge of Python and web frameworks such as Flask and Django.

? Frontend development knowledge (React, TypeScript).

? Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB)

? Understanding of ORM (object-relational mapping) libraries such as SQLAlchemy.

? Experience in large data set processing and familiarity with real-time systems.

? Experience in data scraping from websites.

? Available to work at least 2 days per week.

😆，大概率是钓鱼或者诈骗。requirement估计也是去linkedin抄的，说辞怎么看也是至少两三年前的了。

这公司创始人我还认得。两年经验不给钱就不厚道了，要不就纯找个大学生啊。
