Sales And Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and secure new business in the IT staffing space.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing staffing solutions that meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to present candidates to clients.
• Track and report on sales performance, including metrics like revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Stay updated on market trends and the IT staffing industry to stay competitive.
• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate placements and high client satisfaction.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in IT staffing or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IT services and technical staffing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a US time zone (Eastern Time Zone).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
