托福2周106备考经验+口写模版分享

前言
BG：雅思7.5，GRE325，托福短期备考2周106，分不高但够用。适用于有一定英语基础的快速突击
备考资料：托福100、kmf网站（有学术讨论题目）：TPO从后往前做，toeflresources网站（口语范文）
总结：不适合长期，建议速战速决，重点关注口语和写作，需要反复练习。写作可以ChatGPT评分，可以搜到很多别人调教好的GPT；口语可以反复练习录音直到熟练，口音不重要，需要清晰娓娓道来的感觉，不需要用高级词汇。

备考方法
阅读
托福阅读部分相对简单，题目往往按段落顺序出现，并指明答案所在段落。我的做法是：
        1.        首先快速浏览首段，了解文章主题；
        2.        查看题目，再定位到对应段落阅读；
        3.        对于最后一道题，选择最能概括主要意思的句子，避免细节信息。
如果你有GRE基础，建议做两套题熟悉题型即可
听力
托福听力注重核心内容，会有提示词，特别是转折和重点部分：
        •        Conversation：有一些必考题目如学生的来访目的等。
        •        Lecture：内容涵盖学科知识，理解程度与个人知识储备和兴趣有关。可以重点联系不擅长的科目
Tips：
        •        笔记非关键，材料较短，理解清楚的内容不易遗忘。
        •        地理课常考成因和排序题，建议记关键词的顺序。
        •        每天练习一套TPO，错题复听，平时可以听科学美国人来训练。
口语
口语是备考重点，建议每个Task背一个模版并练习10道题。可以参考以下范文：
        •        Task 1：喜马拉雅Fiona的sample answers
        •        Task 2-4：YouTube上的Cathy，她提供的笔记示范也可借鉴
Task 1：建议举一个具体例子，不必真实但要详细，可以准备一些万能理由，比如“锻炼技能应对职场”或“帮助放松身心”。可以在小红书查找常用理由。
我的模版如下：
Task 1

• Personally,  I definitly prefer/believe that
• First of all,... For example, ...
• Moreover, ...
  

Task 2

• 文字内容：The student in the letter suggests to... . First, （point 1); Second, (point 2).
• In the conversation, however, the man/woman disagrees/agrees with this proposal for 2 reasons.
• 理由1：For one...
• 理由2：For another, ...
  

Task 3

• 概念定义（文字内容）：xxx refers to...
  

• 举例：In the lecture, the professor gives an example of...
• 例子描述
  

Task 4

• （题目文字）In the lecture, the professor explaines 2 ways that xxx
• Point1: The first way is to... . For example, ...
• Point2: The second way is to ... . For example, ...
  

写作
建议准备模版并练习打字速度，最好写几篇完整文章。
        •        TPO范文参考：公众号JeremyCurly托福营，提供对应笔记。
        •        学术讨论范文参考：KMF，可以加小助手免费领取。
Integrated Writing
