关于wes总是on-hold的问题

我申请了wes的认证，已经发送了学籍和学历信息注册备案表，但是它还显示on/hold

Electronic Verified Report (Grad Cert), Graduation Certificate
理由是：

Reason: WES has not received this document yet. You may upload your certificates and/or translations to your WES My Account.

Instructions: Please upload a complete, legible copy of your certificates and/or translations to My Account
但是我已经上传了中英文的注册备案表，学籍、学历备案表都上传了。
不知道还缺什么。
有大神解答吗？

毕业证我记得是自己手动上传。登录后首页就有提交文件的地方。
required documents 里面也会写明你需要什么文件和如何上传

已经上传了学籍和学历备案表然后它还是如此显示
