历时三年 perm to i140

开帖记录一下曲折的 perm timeline
2022/4 公司（大概看我太惨了）决定给我开始 perm 流程，当时还没抽到h1b就佛系等待
2022/5 case opened
2022年底 got pwd back
2023年初因为tech layoff 打广告失败，暂停
2023/6 重新打广告
2023/9 filed perm
2024/12 perm certified，同时公司被收购（！）新公司表示可以继续做success in interest
2025/1 - 2025/2 新公司律师（envoy) 和hr 向老公司律所（F家）要我们的文件，f家律师不回，新公司hr给我们发邮件，i was like the fck? 给f家律师发邮件 cc 老公司hr，f家律师回信说 we represent your 老公司 not you personally (the fck?) 老公司负责移民的hr还没离职，表示新公司和f家的通信完全没有经过她，最后她出面才终于从f家拿到文件
2025/3 case opened, uploaded documents
2025/4 filed and then approved
公司被收购后基本一周一封邮件催新公司hr和律师，took a toll on my mental health. 好在最后顺利通过了，感恩，不容易（。
