关于TOEFL成绩单上传的问题，有没有遇到的？

刚刚提交了WUSL的网申，网申里要求上传TG的成绩单copy，但是我都没有，于是就没管直接提交了。
刚刚小蜜给发了封邮件，说我TOEFL SCORES MISSING，让我邮件发给他，没有托福scores 的copy申请就不会被review。
邮件里还说如果没有成绩单就去ets网站下载，然后发给他，可是我没找到在哪下啊。有别的童鞋遇到这个问题么？求大神指点
下面是邮件内容。。。。。
TOEFL Scores Missing:
You submitted your application to a graduate program at Washington University in St. Louis, School of Engineering. However, your application will not be sent to the admissions committee for review until your TOEFL score report is included. You may have self-reported your TOEFL scores, but all applicants needing a TOEFL must also upload a copy of the report. The uploaded report will NOT be viewed as an OFFICIAL copy; however, we do use uploaded copies for initial evaluation purposes. This TOEFL report copy is required before your application can be considered complete for review. Once an application has been submitted, though, the applicant can no longer self-upload information. As such, see next paragraph for the solution for getting your TOEFL report uploaded as part of your application.

Follow these steps to get your TOEFL score report added to your application:
Please send me a PDF of your TOEFL test scores. You may go to the ETS website and download a copy of your scores if you don't have one already. Sending the test report to me as an email attachment is fine. Please do this even if you have already requested ETS to send us the scores electronically. I will add the PDF version of your TOEFL report to your application online. Once your TOEFL report is attached to your application, then your application can be released to the admissions committee. The electronic PDF TOEFL report size should not exceed 1024 KB. If your TOEFL report does not get attached/uploaded to your application, you run the risk of not being evaluated by the admission committee due to missing materials. Before any application is released to the committee, all supporting documents must have been received.

After your TOEFL report is added to your application:
After your TOEFL score report is uploaded to your application, and all other supporting documents are in, then your file is considered complete and is sent to the review committee. Our admissions committees will be reviewing applications at various times depending on the time of year. After a decision has been reached on your application, we will notify you. All Ph.D. decisions will be made by March 15th of each year, whereas all Master's applicants will be notified on a rolling basis.

IMPORTANT: If you receive an admittance offer, then your OFFICIAL scores still need to have been submitted to us directly from ETS. The electronic version we receive from ETS will be viewed as the final OFFICIAL version. The aforementioned uploaded copy is an UNofficial version used merely for initial committee review.
