1. With foreign states infiltrating and influencing other countries worsen, CCP needs to think of a system that can make sure those candidates competing the top job are serving China, not some foreign countries. The basic requirement for those candidates should be Chinese citizenship, since China do not allow dual citizenship. K visa holder can serve as think tank/ consultant in NGOs, but never CCP’s officials, because their non-Chinese citizenship requires their allegiance is aligned with other country, not China! Therefore, I don’t think K visa holder should be allowed a job in CCP’s top official if his/her allegiance is not even China. If anything happens, s/he can skip to other country and disappear and CCP cannot do anything about it. K visa holder can serve as non-government consultants or in any NGOs, but never government bodies. And that also goes with CCP top security clearance or highly sensitive areas. No K visa holder should touch those. Because they can take those top secure info or tech to other countries easily.
2. Presidency’s term limitation (e.g. 10 year) needs to be re-constitutionalized and this time CCP needs to make it extremely difficult to change, preventing what Xi, Jinping did in 2018 to remove term limit!
3. The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) should be an independent branch of US governance, however SCOTUS judge was nominated by the president. Obama took advantage of this loop hole and started to nominate his own friend and to eliminate his foes and politicized SCOTUS. And then every next president nominates a more politicized SCOTUS judge, making SCOTUS to serve the presidency (e.g. Trump v. United States (2024) that all presidents have absolute criminal immunity for official acts under core constitutional powers, presumptive immunity for other official acts) and to make Obama, Trump a king, not a government official anymore.
Therefore, some people in US have been suggesting SCOTUS judge should be directly elected, not nominated by president, in order to make SCOTUS truly independent and to serve the citizen/ voters, not the president or to make a king.
However, I like that the 宪法法院法官was elected by 中央 and人大. But I don’t like that president can nominate the 宪法法院法官. I feel that president has the conflict of interest in this matter.
To be honest the senate+house system in US is so cumbersome, nothing gets passed, not even the good laws. So, I don’t know if this system is still good or not : (.
4. I prefer in-person paper voting with ID verification, not remote or electronic voting. Because remote or electronic voting can create too much cheating easily. Just look at the US general election in 2020 and 2024. Too much cheating. Dead people were voting and no ID verification. No one knows if illegal aliens were voting as well….
5. If “人大不干预外交国防”, who determine the budget for the 外交 or 国防? Or you meant 人大 do not interfere with foreign ministry or Defense ministry's affairs?
6. China has too many people, 1.4 billion. We need quality (eugenics) not quantity. In addition, with automation and the significant increase in efficiency, the world economy is transition from labor-intense economy to robotics. We don’t need such a huge population, it will only make unemployment, food, housing problem worse. And why ending foreigners’ adoption of Chinese baby in 2024? Let them adopt. Those orphan babies (many of them have disabilities) will be society’s burden anyway if not being adopted. And China simply has too many people currently. Those parents like Chinese and that’s one of the reasons they would like to have a Chinese baby. Let them adopt and take care of those orphans. CCP just need to strengthen the qualification system for foreign adoption to make sure the foster parents are qualified and good foreign parents, not to ban foreign adoption.
7. There should be some restrictions on K visa stay limit if s/he cannot find a job in China. |
