大家好，很多留学生在美国找到雇主之后，都会希望雇主能够帮自己递交 H-1B 工作签证 的申请。

但有时候他们比较害羞，在面试的时候并不会主动问雇主：“您能不能帮我 sponsor H-1B 呢？”结果等辛辛苦苦工作了几个月，到二三月 H-1B 抽签季的时候，才发现这家公司其实根本不支持 H-1B 申请。这样就陷入了非常被动的局面，也可能因此错过当年的抽签机会。

所以我们在这里想推荐一个非常实用的网站 —— myvisajobs.com。在这个网站上，你可以输入公司的名字，查看这家公司以前是否提交过 H-1B 申请，以及它的历史记录。如果发现这家公司从来没有递交过 H-1B，那大概率也不会为了你破例。那我们是不是要选择在这家公司工作，就值得好好考虑一下了。

当然，如果你在这个网站上发现，这家公司在你申请的同岗位、比如过去五年内递交过很多 H-1B 申请，那就说明这家公司的 H-1B 政策相对友好，可能是一个值得去的雇主。

Hello everyone,Many international students, after finding an employer in the U.S., hope that their employer can file an H-1B petition for them.

However, some students are too shy to ask directly during the interview, “Would you be able to sponsor my H-1B?”As a result, after working hard for several months, when the H-1B lottery season comes around in February or March, they suddenly find out that the company does not support H-1B sponsorship. This puts them in a very passive position and may cause them to miss that year’s lottery altogether.

On this website, you can enter a company’s name to check whether it has filed H-1B petitions in the past and review its filing history. If you find that the company has never filed for H-1B before, it probably won’t make an exception just for you. In that case, you may want to think carefully about whether it’s the right place to work.

On the other hand, if you see that the company has filed many H-1B petitions in your position within, say, the past five years, that usually indicates an H-1B-friendly policy, and it could be a great place to work.
