Postion 1: Renewable Energy Technician

Company

KEM Power LLC is now an authorized service provider for leading international renewable energy Companies. Having undergone comprehensive training in renewable energy theory and practical operations, the company is currently providing renewable energy operation and maintenance services in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform O&M on transformers, inverters, and BESS.
• Conduct equipment inspections, electrical testing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze technical issues and recommend corrective actions to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Prepare service reports, inspection records, testing documentation, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Travel to customer sites throughout the United States as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related STEM field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for project assignments.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Position 2: Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform energization, commissioning, parameter configuration, and grid connection testing of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Configure system parameters and support system startup activities.
• Execute integration and functional testing for PCS, BMS, and EMS systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions on-site.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test documentation, and technical records.
• Collaborate with clients, EPC contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel across the United States for project assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related STEM field.
