We're hiring Production Associates to ramp Optimus production. In this role, you'll support assembly and manufacturing in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment—running standard work, operating equipment under supervision, and helping scale humanoid robot production.
This is a full-time position with:

• Starting pay: $25.76 per hour
• Shifts:
• • Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, plus alternating Wednesdays
  • B Shift: Thursday–Saturday, plus alternating Wednesdays
• Benefits: Excellent benefits including medical, dental & vision plans, 401(k) with company match, paid sick & vacation time

We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable, with strong attendance and punctuality
• Safety-minded and team-oriented
• Flexible across shifts (days, nights, overnight, weekends) and open to overtime
• Comfortable with physically demanding production work
