Timeline for Receiving Anthropic Rejection or Offer After VO

It's hard to find information on how long it takes to receive a rejection or offer after completing VO. Can anyone who recently interviewed share their timeline? I've already provided referee information, but the company hasn't contacted them yet. It's been such a long wait, and I don't know whether this is a good sign or a bad one.
