关于ee收到录取之后要寄财产证明的问题

各位收到UWM之前unofficial AD的现在可以去https://my.wisc.edu查查状态，已经由pending变成financial support required，那么问题来了
上面写着：

Your program has recommended admission without financial support. The Graduate School is requesting additional information as listed below. Please refer back to this page to check your status.

Your admission to the Graduate School is contingent upon your providing us with the document(s) listed below. Important: Although a department may have notified you of your recommended admission to UW-Madison, you are not admitted until the Graduate School has finalized your admission. 1) For your use in calculating the required funding, the anticipated duration of your program is 2.0 year(s). 2) A Financial Statement must be completed and returned with the appropriate supporting document(s).

这是不是要先把财产证明寄过去才能给正式录取的意思？

小米关于这个notary签字的回复是这样的：You will need to write a short letter stating your mother is your sponsor, take the letter to a government official , notary or a lawyer. They can witness  the signature on the separate letter.
I cannot use the scanned letter as proof of funding.

Your Mother's signature must be witnessed by an official notary or government official. there must be an official notary stamp on document. She can write a separate letter if they will not sign the form.
但是银行又不给签字，估计只能去公证了吧。。

今天去问了，银行不给盖章。只能去公证处公证了哎真的好麻烦

寄过去了存款证明小米回复说：Your sponsor's signature must be witnessed by an official notary or government official. there must be an official notary stamp on document. She can write a separate letter if they will not sign the form.

终于找到一起的啦，我已经寄过去啦，不过没开汇率证明没有关系吧。。你寄了吗？我刚问了graduate admission那个邮箱说七月份才来I-20，所以也不着急寄

我还没呢，我昨天才登录到MyUW中看到的。不过貌似它家有一个Seal by Notary感觉很诡异呢，貌似要公证，所以打算周日去银行问问，顺便把汇率证明的事情也问问~再寄！你好快哦你公证了吗？

notary那个我没签字就寄过去了。。因为觉得有存款证明就够了。。唉不该这么着急寄的

今天去问了，银行不给盖章。只能去公证处公证了哎真的好麻烦

这么麻烦呀，我觉得存款证明就够了。。让他自己换算去吧。。

也就是说还是要你的公证材料咩？ 我今天刚拿到公证完的材料。。。办了整整一周呢

办了一个签字公证，还办了一个亲属关系公证~
