以下摘自UI的FAQ。丫说Biosciences Centralized Application System是免费的 但是又说一旦认可了又要向研究生院交钱？？？使这个意思么？？？
那还免个屁的费···············
Do I need to submit an application to the University of Iowa Graduate College and to the Biosciences Centralized Application?

Once the FREE Biosciences Centralized Application is approved then you will be requested to submit the University of Iowa Graduate College Application. The UI Graduate Application carries a $60 application fee ($85 for international students) is payable by MasterCard or Visa. If you cannot pay by credit card, you may Download and Print an Application* and pay the fee by check or money order in U.S. currency made payable to "The University of Iowa."

What is the application fee?

There is no fee charged to apply via the Biosciences Centralized Application System.
