At the very start of the webinar they made it clear that they are not going to talk about the impact of the lawsuit. All they said is, “DHS is working on the policy and since it is not complete yet they are not allowed to talk about it freely."

请问下层主这个是什么意思？我看了链接，是不是说dhs正在计划推出一个新的propose，但是还没推出来？

DHS跨出了第一步了！接下来就是跟时间赛跑了！

消息是好消息，只是觉得时间很紧张，OMB一般需要30天通过approve，然后30/60天的public notice，DHS再根据public notice讨论，最后再submit给OMB，通过法案。整个过程至少3个月，2月前可能会出现gap吧。得看法官最后肯不肯给extra time宽限。

所以要是2月份出现gap，2月份opt到期的人就得走了？
