Amazon 求JIHM Corporate Projects （New Initiatives research team）组信息

楼主cs fresh grad master, 学得方向偏向computer vision, computer graphics. Amazon recruiter给的是一个叫“JIHM Corporate Projects”的组。 在网上完全搜不到, 而且之前也没听说谁被分到这个组。

介绍是这样的：

As a member of Amazon’s New Initiatives research team, you will be part of a world-class Computer Vision team tasked with solving a huge business problem throughinnovative technology. We’ll need to tackle problems that span a variety of domains: computer vision, image recognition, machine learning, real-time and distributed systems. Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a highlycollaborative environment that’s more startup than big company.

You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving problems that, frankly, haven’t been solved at scale before - anywhere. You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day and given thesize of this initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple technical teams at Amazon in different locations. Along the way, we guarantee that you’ll learn a ton, have fun and make a positive impact on millions of people.

最近有地里的朋友说这个组在flyback event上出现了。楼主没去flyback现在已经后悔得想撞墙了

有谁对这组有点了解，能介绍一下吗？多谢！！！

PS: 楼主网上搜了一下这个组的介绍，结果中好多都是Amazon在Isreal的职位啊。。。当初和recruiter说的是最希望在美国总部工作，不过工作内容比位置重要。不会真被发配到Isreal去了吧

多谢层主了。总觉得对这组一无所知签得会很不踏实。原来研发发组也会有on-call啊。deadline马上到了, 有些细节还想问一下层主。微信发给层主了, 如果方便的话能加一下吗?多谢!
