请教斯坦福推荐信提交的问题

三个老师都把推荐信的链接转给我了，然后有一段是
Please go to the following web address to access the recommendation system. Returning users will be greeted by their name and asked to log in to their account.  New users will be prompted to create an account by choosing a password before proceeding to the recommendation form.然后下面是一个链接。
我点进去的时候都是有了欢迎页面（但我并没有create an account by choosing a password before proceeding to the recommendation form），然后就要求输入密码，可是邮件中并没有给出密码啊，这是怎么一回事呢？
