USC要求提供Official grading scale

今早刷邮箱，收到USC的邮件，要求提交学校的Official grading scale, 邮件原谅如下：

Official grading scale. The documents we have received do not provide enough information on the grading system used to evaluate your academic performance. It is therefore not possible for us to accurately convert and calculate your GPA.

Please provide an official letter or memo explaining the grading system used by your school. It should be printed on official school letterhead and clearly indicate the level of performance corresponding with the assigned marks. For example, "A = Excellent, B = Good, C = Fair", etc.

我的成绩单情况是：几乎所有课程的分数都是按百分制给分的，，只有三个实践项目和毕业论文用的是优，良，中，差这几个等级，历年平均学分绩点却是用的4分制。。我自己也觉得这计分制混乱。。
请问下大家，我是不是只需要让学校说明一下课程大部分都是100分制，然后说明优良中差对应的百分制分数，还有历年平均学分绩点的算法，这样就可以了么？

我也是这样的，让学校开一个官方证明扫描给他了。

今天学校回复我收到扫描件了，，之前发skype问小秘回复我说，只用把优-良-中对应的分数给他们就好了。。上午我把原件也寄走了
