I am sorry to inform you that the graduate admissions committee in Computer Science has not recommended you for admission to their program.

Although we are not offering admission, I want to thank you for considering Syracuse University as a place to pursue your graduate study.  I wish you the best for success in your alternate plans.

被拒了有点不甘心，不过录了也肯定不去了。继续等USC...
