应该是的,律师扫描I-797 receipt 发给我的. 公司在MI, 律所在connecticut

想问问Non-PP Adv最晚什么时候会知道结果啊 包括Adv Cap没中之后和regular一块儿抽的情况

Tried multiple receipt numbers today. It seems that USCIS is still sending PP notification these days. the latest email notification was sent out on April 24th. Do they work during the weekend? According to the system, it is said "On April 24th, we received......emailed you a receipt notification.....".

It is my first and only attempt. PP, AD VSC. Didn't hear any word from my HR or attorney. We both know when time passes by, my chance is slim. But I am still hoping my notification is on the way. Keep my fingers crossed! And for all, if you don't receive notification yet, Please DO NOT LOSE YOUR HOPE!

中午刚收到律师的通知， 说received the USCIS receipt for the H-1B CAP petition.
这是第二次抽签了，前一次是用本科学位抽的，这次是 advance program with regular processing。
向律师问case number for status tracking， 律师竟然回复说按照公司规定不能提供receipt notice。。。难道这是要去找公司要？
