【海本可waive托福】本科EE申研

小总结一下目前我知道，查到的可以或不可以的学校。欢迎大家补充

可以waive：
Brown University
Columbia University
University of California Davis
Boston College
Northeastern University
uiuc

bachelor degree entirely at an institution where English is the primary language of instruction（我是2+2双学位，有非英语课程学分互认所以这个对我来说就不可以waive）
University of Virginia

不可以waive
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
uci
nyu

不想考t，一个是现在g成绩还没理想再加个t压力太大，另一个是多加个评判标准不一定是好事。

uci 只要有一个学分是从international学校转来的就不行

"You may only be considered eligible for an English Language Proficiency Requirement (i.e. TOEFL or IELTS) waiver if you have studied full-time for two (2) or more consecutive years (a minimum of four (4) consecutive semesters) at a college or university were English is the language of instruction located in a country where English is the native language (including English-speaking Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the UK)"

我申请cs的。。“If your native language is not English, then you must submit the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). All students will need to submit a TOEFL. No exceptions.”

. 1point3acres.com 有的学校就写的很明确，各个情况都说到了。有的学校说的不明确，也不放链接，要你自己去找，找不到还要发邮件问，real心累

不可以waive：宾大

双学位不可以waive：南加

不可以waive：CMU
这个学校只要你不是英语母语都不能waive，坑。。。
