有人收到这样的USC邮件吗？（更新USC邮件解释）

Thank you for submitting your application to the EEVL MS at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering for the Fall 2012 semester.   Your USC ID is 2496-7406-56.  Please include your USC ID in any future communication with USC to help us better assist you.

For Fall semester applications completed by the application deadline, decisions are issued at any time from January to June and are not based on the date you submitted your application.  You will be contacted once a decision is made.   If you have not received notification of your decision by June 30, you may contact us at that time.



In the meantime, please confirm your contact information for future correspondence with the university.  This is the address and phone number we have listed as your current contact information
刚刚才收到的，可是我申请时去年11月就提交了啊……为什么现在会收到一个成功submit的邮件啊……但是在applyyouself上我的状态一直都是
Submission Status: Submitted
Submitted Date: 11/13/2011 3:34:00 AM EST 还有your file被forwarded了啊
现在收到个成功submit的提示难道意味着11月就交的申请跟现在交的人没有任何差别了吗？？这得等到多久才能有消息啊

发了个邮件问USC，结果如下：

Thank you for your email. The date an application is submitted does not determine the date an admission decision will be issued. Currently, your application materials have been received and are in queue to be reviewed. While we cannot inform you of the exact date your application materials will be reviewed, you will be contacted if anything further is required from you. For complete fall semester applications submitted by the application deadline, admission decisions are issued at any time from January through June. After a decision has been made, your official notification will be disclosed via postal mail.

这句话不等于坑爹吗……那这么早提交有什么用……

    另外当时提交时就收到了ID跟这个确认邮件了啊，怎么现在会有这种情况?
Greetings from the University of Southern California! We have received your application for graduate study and your file will be reviewed as soon as possible.

We will send you another e-mail within the next few days confirming your 10-digit USC ID number. This number should be included in all future correspondence with USC. If you have not received your USC ID number within 7 days, please e-mail Graduate and International Admissions with your full name (Last, First, Middle), program and term of study, and date of birth.

我也收到了一样的邮件~ 我感觉就是申请要截止了吧，统一发了一封邮件

我也有。。。我都无语了。。。反正就慢慢等呗 只要不少材料就行了 反正usc发ad发那么多

和楼主情况一样哈 不过网页里的状态有一点儿变化 原来在submitted下面好像什么也没有，现在变成了说正在审材料，申请的状态如果有结果的话就更新。

都是同一今天发的，我留个小时前也收到了，意淫了好一阵，以为是希望呢，原来大家都有，那肯定是群发啦。。。。感天动地，寝食难安，求USC AD!!!!

我早晨也收到这封邮件了～～

刚才开邮箱也看到了，是1:48分来的。。。状态保持两个月前的forward to。。。。
