求问这封邮件什么意思

昨天收到这么一个邮件，不知道意味着什么。求问地里的大神们都收到吗？求问是否群发邮件？谢谢！

不少學校都有寄這種信

亚利桑那州立大学也发了类似的邮件

同收到，半梦半醒间读了三遍才发觉不是AD。。

同收到。应该是群发广告。我申的ME，之前通知说2月中旬-2月底出结果

表示从来没收到过这种内容的邮件，经常在群里看到有同学说收到过。可能是track不同导致的差异吧~
