这个AD是什么意思

这个AD有奖没奖，是学校给TA了吗，还是我需要套磁要funding啊，哪位小伙伴知道啊？

Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that you have been admitted to the PhD program in Computer Science for the Fall 2017 term. This admission comes with guaranteed financial support for four academic years. We have assigned Prof. to act as your temporary Computer Science faculty advisor. After you begin your studies you are allowed to switch to a permanent advisor better suited to your research interests.

Your financial support is a teaching and/or research assistantship guaranteed for four years, subject to satisfactory academic and research progress in our PhD program to acceptable standards of the department. The assistantship requires services to the department and/or advisor for a total of 20 hours/week. It carries a stipend of $2,025.48/month plus a waiver of tuition and selected fees

楼主是不是英语不好，这不是写的很清楚吗

不是明说了保证了四年TA/RA了么

显然是全奖，摆明了每个月给$2025的工资和免学费。如果不在湾区纽约波士顿这种高消费城市，工资够用了。每星期20小时RA或者TA的意思就是还有20小时用来上课，这是正常的。

是offer， 一般情况下博士第一年做TA， 后几年因为跟导师做research， 所以给RA
