Attached below you will find a conditions of admission letter. You must fulfill these conditions in order to enroll in our program. Please PRINT the Conditions of Admission, read them carefully, complete the bottom section of the letter, and return it to us as soon as possible to reserve your space in our program. If we do not receive your signed confirmation, your completed DCF form and financial documents (International Students only), and your tuition deposit by November 15, 2009, you may not be able to enroll in the Fall 2010 Semester. Please note that you can pay your tuition deposit online using the link at the bottom of the conditions of admission letter.

Your admission to Northeastern University抯 Graduate School of Computer Science is contingent upon fulfillment of all of the following requirements.
A non-refundable tuition deposit of US$100 is required to reserve your space in our program for the Fall 2010 Semester. You can submit a check, made payable to Northeastern University, or a credit card payment which can be made using the link below, along with this admission confirmation. All checks must be issued in US$ and be drawn on a U.S. Bank.
If you have not already, you must submit a FINAL TRASCRIPT from your undergraduate/bachelors degree granting institution. You can turn this transcript in when you report to Northeastern University in the Fall 2010 Semester.
If you are an INTERNATIONAL STUDENT and do not currently hold a valid US VISA: Northeastern University requires official documentation that international students have adequate funds to finance one year of study before we can process an I-20 request. All financial documents must be official, original documents that are signed and stamped by the bank in which the money is held, and must dated within 9 months of the start of the Fall 2010 semester. You must submit the required financial documents with your completed DCF form. If you have already submitted financial documents with your application, they may be outdated. We cannot take any action in the visa process until we receive your DCF form and your financial documents. FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: When you arrive on campus you must take your passport and visa documents to our International Student and Scholar Institute located in room 406 Ell Hall. Once you complete your visa clearance, you will receive a document to bring to our Graduate School office. You will not be permitted to register for any courses until you have completed this procedure.
If you do not have a TOEFL score at or above a 100 IBT/250 CBT/ 600 PBT, you will be required to take an examination to determine your proficiency in English. If your performance on this examination is not satisfactory, you will be required to take remedial courses in English, at your own expense, before being allowed to register for any Computer Science courses. In the coming weeks you will be sent a registration form for the English Examination. You must bring this form to 406 Ell Hall as soon as you arrive on campus to register for the examination. You will not be permitted to take the examination without this form. Once the English Language Center has graded your examination (usually within 24 hours) they will notify us of your results. You will not be permitted to register for any courses until you have completed this procedure and we have received your examination results.
Once enrolled in our program, any courses taken outside of the College of Computer and Information Science for credit towards your degree (other than those listed in our Graduate Student Guidebook as pre-approved electives) must be approved prior to registration by filling out a petition. You must have both your faculty advisor and the Graduate School Director's approval to take courses outside of the College of Computer Science. If approval is not obtained prior to taking such a course, it will not be counted towards your degree requirements.

CONG楼主～请问楼主什么时候寄的neu啊？
东北的合作项目好像大部分都是针对本科生的，硕士很少。相比较肯定是usc了～
