被psu拒了，还推了个一年的ms in nano-scale的新program？？

本来都想好去加州了，然后来了psu的拒信，被拒了也不出奇，问题是推了个一年的新项目，看起来还可以？

We would like you to consider applyingto Penn State’s new MS program in “Engineering at the Nano-scale.”  This MS program is housed inour Engineering Science and Mechanics Department.  You can learn more about this program at: （不能贴网址。。）

To apply to this program, you will needto begin a new application and pay a second $65.00 application fee, however, wewould be happy to receive the same set of application materials forconsideration in this program.

但问题有几个：

1）1年能修完30个学分？

2）paper不知道难度大不？

3）工作也很悬，毕竟连个实习也没有，更像是个白老鼠项目。。。

4）老公在加州读cs，最终还是要过去的。。。
