415后又收到offer, 纠结了，求给建议

楼主申的是PHD吗？现在MS也有全奖吗

UConn全奖啊

这是全奖的意思吗？说的第一年有奖，之后就要看表现和导师的钱的情况决定有没有funding了。怎么感觉不是全奖，只有第一年有保障，后面几年都没有We are also pleased to offer you financial support in the form of a graduate assistantship. As at most universities, we offer this appointment with the expectation that it will be reviewed on a semester basis. The renewal of your appointment each semester is contingent on satisfactory academic and research performance, as determined by the program, and on the availability of funds of your major advisor. For students continuing through the fall 2017, spring 2018 and summer 2018 semesters (August 23, 2017 – August 22, 2018), the graduate assistantship carries a stipend that totals $25,208 for first-year students (and currently is $34,694 for final stage PhD candidates). In addition to this stipend, your assistantship will include a full tuition waiver for the same period valued at $34,762. As with all graduate programs, please note you will be responsible for covering your University student fees estimated at approximately $3,020 per academic year.  The University will also provide an opportunity for you to purchase highly subsidized health insurance. This offer is contingent upon standard federal government I-9 clearance verifying your employment eligibility.

这就属于全奖了吧 感觉一般不会给你中间断的

为什么选Conn呢，我觉得不受限特别重要，万一以后学姐你想留在美国了呢，万一之后就转码了呢，很多事都说不准的呀

学校的话，我觉得UCI会好不少，irvine比较适合 ...

单看学校是倾向于加州啊，华人多，气候好，东北的冷死
