5/8/2017	LCA Sent to DOL	We have submitted the Labor Condition Application (LCA) to the Dept. of Labor (DOL).
5/12/2017	All docs received	We have received all the documents and information needed and are now preparing the forms/support letters.
5/17/2017	LCA Approved	We have received the approved Labor Condition Application (LCA) from the Dept. of Labor (DOL).
5/17/2017	Forms/Letter sent to client for signature	We have sent the forms/letters prepared for filing out for signature.
5/19/2017	Signed forms/letters received	We have received the signed forms/letters and are now preparing to file.
5/23/2017	Filed case	We have filed the case and are waiting for the decision.
5/31/2017	Receipt notice received	We have received a filing receipt notice from the adjudicating agency and are waiting for the decision.
10/2/2017	Decision received	We have received a decision on the case and will be contacting you shortly.

9/1/2017	Opened process	A Request for Evidence (RFE) has been received from the adjudicating agency. Additional documentation and information may be requested.
9/20/2017	Filed case	We have filed the response to the Request for Evidence are waiting for the decision.

我也是transfer被RFE 而且同一天file 不过我九月下旬才收到RFE 正在准备材料

请问楼主是什么原因被RFE？

我的RFE材料是9/18寄出的和楼主接近，一起等啊

请问LZ是啥子原因被RFE的？

LZ用的是Seyfarth嘛？同样被RFE了，希望大家都赶紧通过
