有哪位了解最近Hired流程的么？我这是什么情况？

上个月，我注册了Hired，然后填了Profile，结果收到一封拒信，基本上说是没有适合你的经验的职位，让积累经验半年到一年后再申请。这一个月里，我找了各种关于写简历的渠道、文章、书，然后前两天终于完成新一版的简历（已经记不清改了多少版了）。前两天，我把Hired上的Profile按新简历更新了一下，又申请了一把。结果今天早上收到下面的邮件。我看以前地里的文章，他家是要先code test才给拍卖的，怎么现在没发code test呢？是要毕业前3个月重新申请过了才发？有哪位了解情况的给解释一下呗！
