UFL-biostatistics 和Pittsburgh-statistics选哪个

收到两个program 的offer 求大家帮比较
university of Florida， biostatistics PhD， RA
university of Pittsburgh， statistics PhD， TA
两个学校综合差不多
个人感觉Pittsburgh这个地方学术氛围好一些，学校多一些。在国内名气好一点。但是是统计系，funding不多，比较偏理论
ufl是生物统计，这个系成立时间比较短，但是是medical school 和SPH下面的一个项目，做得比较应用一点。但感觉佛州整体学术氛围比较一般

不知道怎么选择，谢谢大家谈论建议

Pitt is better in terms of academics. Their stats program is relatively small, but the faculty are very strong. You can also cross-register courses at CMU. Don't know anything about UFL biostat...
