补充内容 (2018-6-9 11:55):
1.        You will still retain your priority date for a green card application because your I-140 Immigrant Petition has been approved. If you go to work for another employer, they could complete another PERM application and I-140 petition and you would still be entitled to your current priority date as long as the position is same or similar to the one in your PERM application
2.        Your H-1B status is still valid and you will be able to use the time remaining on your H-1B without entering the lottery. A new employer would have to file an H-1B transfer and you would go for visa stamping before entering the US.
3.        You should not have a difficult time getting an H, K, or L visa. Because of the approved I-140, you might have a harder time getting other visas such as a tourist visa. However, you might also be completely fine since you has not submitted an adjustment of status application. When applying, you should make sure to show that you has strong ties to China and that your visit will truly be temporary.
