USC发邮件来要资金证明/护照

We are writing to let you know that we have received your application and it is under review. However, we still require at least one of the following items to complete your file, if you have not yet submitted it.

• A bank statement showing funds that meet or exceed your program expenses; and/or
• Confidential Statement for Sponsored Studies at USC if you are sponsored by a family member; and/or
• A copy of your passport; and/or
• Passport copies for each of your dependents (if applicable). (This is necessary only if your dependents will be travelling with you and are planning to apply for F-2 or J-2 visas.)
  

Please note that the academic review of your application will continue, even if we do not receive these documents immediately. However, submitting these documents at your earliest convenience will help expedite the issuance of your I-20 or DS-2019 during the peak visa application season, if you are admitted to USC.

For the fastest processing, we encourage you to log back in to your application to upload the required documents. You can use the respective upload options in the Documents tab of the Supporting Materials section. Please note that there is only one upload option available for each type of document, so you must consolidate your sponsorship and financial documents. Please ensure that you have saved your updated application after uploading your documents. New documents will not be retained without saving your updated application. To save your updated application, navigate to the My Application tab of your application dashboard, and then click on the Update My Application button.
有几个问题：
1.还未收到decision，这些在申请阶段都不是必须的，为啥又说必须有一个才能complete；
2.我看是and/or的关系，所以准备先提交护照了，但是还想问一下，资金证明的格式或者要求什么的在哪里能看到；
3.Please note that there is only one upload option available for each type of document, so you must consolidate your sponsorship and financial documents.可是在申请系统中Financial Documents， Letter of Sponsorship ，Passport Copy 明明是分开的啊，难道只能update一次吗？
不知道有没有遇到同样问题的，有用回复加米，谢谢

之前与南加大查成绩单时联系过，他们说录取完全是学院决定，学校不能给出决定时间，这封邮件是学校寄出的，应该不能说明什么

我也收到了, 同没有decision.
1. 应该是说在审核过程是不需要的, 但是接ad去上学的话, 只有有了这个才能给你发I20.
2. 护照应该直接在网申系统里可以上传.
3. 应该是说你既有财产证明(大部分人), 又有额外资助(比如政府), 可以把他们合并成一个. 一般有财产证明就够了.
审核阶段应该都不用管, upload一个passport就好了

据我观察，同一学校的同学，还是按照提交时间来出结果的，这些补交成绩单，护照财产证明的邮件，统统没有任何信息量，最后同一个学校还是先提交且GPA高的同学先拿AD。目前我们学校已经有超过5个CS general的AD，后面应该还会发好几个，基本规律是申请了的GPA不低的就有。。。按时间顺序发的

吓我一跳呢，准备先提护照。本来这些都不必要，前面收ad的没见有收到这个邮件的啊？这难道是wl了？？还是说即将来ad？看信的意思应该是提一个就好吧……？？

同收到，也是不太明白，按理说不影响审阅程序 那是不是可以不用急着操作

哇，我看之前地里的汇报没发现有一样的，就很慌，以为遇上什么奇葩事了
