Opt extension 收到rfe 求助 是contractor！！！！

我们学校申请OPT extension  的时候有个这个问题。

Employment Information:
Are you working for a staffing or contract company? * NO YES

选Yes 的话，会有下面这段提示。
Please note, if  you are using a temporary or staffing agency to place you in a training opportunity, the agency cannot complete and sign the Form I-983, “Training Plan for STEM OPT Students.”  Only the E-verified employer that provides the actual training relevant to the your qualifying STEM degree is authorized to sign and complete the Form I-983. Please review the following guidance from SEVP to learn the criteria required of the employer completing the I-983 form on your behalf.

现在拿到EAD卡了。。。交了I983，一堆paystub还有W2，还附了律师信

请问，如果是contractor申请ext，是不是肯定会收到rfe？收到了是不是就马上得走了。急！谢谢
