The interview consists of 6 rounds. 1 behavioral and 5 technical. Most of the interviewers are friendly and helpful. Most questions are C++ based. But if you only know java it is also OK.

Received a call for a position I did not apply for. The recruiter asked several questions and emphasized the stock equity and benefits. He did not like my employment history but I countered that my company sells product not consulting time. Recruiter then setup phone interview with hiring manager the following week. The hiring manager commented 'you only designed simple models'. I had to correct him.
