CMU ECE给我发了WL? 为什么感觉这么神奇……

一个多月以前收到了CMU一封题为“Interested in ECE MS/MBA?”的邮件，意思就是问我对这个项目有没有兴趣，介绍M.S.ECE/MBA Double Gedree Program这个项目，说general ECE的项目竞争激烈，并说"we feel you may be a strong candidate for a joint program"

当时我不知道这个是广告性质，还是因为我不够ece的项目而给我推荐这个，就发帖问了，但是没什么回响，感觉大家都没收到。。。这是当时的帖子：

.google  и因为并不想去，我当时就没有回。刚才又收到关于这个的邮件，直接贴出来：

Last month you should have received an email asking if you were interested in the MS/MBA program (see below). As we did not hear a positive or negative response from you, the Admissions Committee reviewed your application and would like to pass it on to the University of Porto for their review. However, we need your permission to do so.

If you would like to be considered, please click the button at the bottom of this email. At this point in the process, the Admissions Committee has reviewed a number of applicants and decided that this would be the best fit. If you are not interested in this offer, please let me know if you would, instead, like to be added to the waitlist for one of your other programs of choice.

有几个问题想讨论一下：

1. 请问大家有谁也收到了关于这个项目的邮件吗？

2. 看第二段最后一句话，意思是我进了ECE的wl的？怎么口气像是“你还是来这个项目吧否则你就是wl录不了的”的感觉……

这个。。有点玄学啊
