乔治亚州立大学数学与统计系计算数学/数值优化/机器学习方向博士招生，TA/RA全奖。

Department of Mathematics & Statistics at Georgia State University (GSU) are recruiting students for its Ph.D. program in applied and computational mathematics and data science for Fall 2018. The research projects include numerical methods and optimization for applications in deep learning and data science. Students with solid background in math, statistics, and computer science are encouraged to apply. The department will provide full teaching assistantship for fall and spring semesters to graduate students, and additional compensation will be paid for optional summer teaching.

The research will be supervised by Dr. Xiaojing Ye. Dr. Ye's research is on applied and computational mathematics with speciality in numerical analysis, optimization, machine learning, and signal and image processing. His research is currently supported by two major National Science Foundation (NSF) for computational methods for stochastic processes on network, mean field games, and their applications in critical infrastructures such as social networking and financial markets.
