[招人信息]12 Fall ECE PhD Fellowship @ Louisiana State Univ.

There is a four-year Fellowship opening for PhD student starting from Fall 2012, the annual stipend is $25000.

The student is expected to perform research in multi-core and many-core processor architectures and datacenter power efficiency under supervision and guidance of Dr. Lu Peng with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the Louisiana State University.

The selection criterion is listed as follows:
   1. BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required; A good GPA (3.5) is required; An MS degree is preferred;

   2. Strong programming skills in C/C++;

   3. Background and experience in either software (Linux/Unix kernel and virtual machines) or hardware (Verilog/VHDL) is a plus.

   4. Research experience is preferred.
