4.5求助 刚收到哥大 CS PhD降Master询问邮件怎么回复，要再写个statement

3月被PhD program rej 今天突然收到这个：

贴下邮件内容：
Hello,

The MS Admissions committee would like to ask if you would like to be considered for theMS in Computer Science at Columbia University. We understand that you originally applied for the PhD but unfortunately we are not able to offer you admission into that program therefore, please let us know if you have any questions. More information on the MS program can be found here: http://www.cs.columbia.edu/education/ms/

If you are interested please send us a quick email with a short statement (paragraph) up to one page maximum as a PDF attachment expressing your interest in the Master of Science program at Columbia University. Please return this statement with your response by Monday April, 9th.

After I receive your statement we will continue evaluating your application and send you further communication when appropriate.

If you are not interested then please let us know that as well.
