是加拿大的一个老师，我把自己的CV发了过去，并表达了自己的work with him 的意愿，然后当天回了，内容如下：“Thanks for your interest in working with me.  I am always looking for new students.  Our admissions decisions are made by a committee and are competitive -- if you have a strong background please consider applying.  Given your experience in vision, please write specifically about your ideas for future research in your statement of purpose.”

求分析。我还要跟他继续联系吗？是不是需要写个PS给他发去看看？谢谢。
