发一个Alberta CS的小秘对于托福成绩要求的回复

ALberta的CS是要求托福一百以上，本人托福没上一百，所以就问了下小秘可不可以申请，得到的回复如下：
I have spoken with our Graduate Chair and he has stated the following:

"Yes, we do consider cases where TOFEL scores are slightly below our
requirement. Such cases should be backed up by other evidence of
excellence, such as publications or strong GRE scores."

So, we would encourage you to still apply to our Graduate Program.

alberta貌似是4月份截止啊，还很早吧，我申的是ECE

我也申ECE/CS 他家的送分的institution code 和 department code是什么啊，找不到

请问一下你联系的alberta cs小秘是哪个邮箱？
我给gradinfo@cs.ualberta.ca发了好几次，从来都不回。
