OSU网申Education History栏，小秘的详细回答

刚才发到提问子版块了，感觉可能大家看不到，还是发到资料这里吧
网申OSU的时候遇到Education History不知道怎么填写，搜索也没搜到很详细的。后来询问学校小秘，有了详细答案，附录如下。

Thank you for contacting the Office of Graduate & Professional Admissions. In response to your inquiry, the on-line application section,"Educational History," on page 6, is a complete record of your secondary and post-secondary education beginning with the current year, then consecutive previous years. To assist in completing this page, please refer to the following instructions:

1) Write your current age in the "Ages" column. For example if you are 22 this year, write 22, then in the next line type 21, followed by 20, 19, and continue the same.

2) Refer to "Calendar Years" & enter the current year followed by consecutive previous years; e.g., if you start with 2010, the next line will be 2009, then 2008, and continue the same.

3) For every year, write which University and Secondary School you attended. Include the city and country where the institution is located, as well as each degree or diploma you received. If you received no degree, diploma or certificate, then write nothing. If there was a period when you were in the military or working, simply write "military" or "working". The location is not needed in this case.

4)  Grade Level refers to how many years of education you have completed. If you have a bachelor's degree, your last year of school would be your 16th and you would write 16 in the section forGrade Level. This would then be followed by 15,14,13, continuing back in time through secondary school. We do not need information on your primary education, just secondary and post secondary education.

This "Educational History" page is most difficult for older applicants who have not attended University for several years. In such cases, just start with your final year of education at the University level and proceed in reverse chronological order from that date, even if it was 20 years ago.

Important: If you list employment as a researcher at a University, please clearly indicate that you were an employee, NOT a student seeking a degree. Otherwise, you will be asked to produce an official academic record from that institution.

Finally, provide the name of the degree, diploma, or certificate in the original language only if your alphabet uses English alphabet characters. For example, if you are from China, Russia, or the Middle East, write the name of your degree in English. If you are from a Western European country, write in the original language.

我想问下secondary school是不是就是指初中啊？初中毕业的degree怎么写，junior吗？
还有就是毕业之前的degree怎么写？比如大二那一年的degree咋写，是写bachelor还是senior还是空着？
