Don't know if there are any negative impacts on such cases.

I was working for the company (Chinese site) as a full time more than two years before I came to US.
Currently, I'm working as contractor for the same company. Hope my experience helps a little bit.
But still worrying about my situation before I get the approval.

”contractor“ is not a reason for uscis to reject you. Dont worry about this factor. Please focus on: job duties, salary, legal entity, onsite location, company profitability... etc

我看去年很多被RFE的是工资Level1吧？

希望我们早日收到approve的邮件！！！等工签生效后有更美好的明天等待我们！

Level-1 is not always a trigger. There's just a high risk for uscis to question on your case. For example, you are a new graduate, only 23-26yrs, and your professional experience is only ~12m, your company support a position with "SDE" at level-1. IOs will consider this situation as a regular case for entry level LCA filing. They will not give you RFE. (That is why a lot of approval coming fast this year)

According to the updated memos since 2017, "computer programmer" is no longer meet the SO requirement. So some restrict IOs will reject your case without any review. According to historical data, such as "Marketing Analyst", "Programmer Analyst", "Accountant", "Data Scientist".. etc are highly issued with RFEs.

Please check carefully using http://www.flcdatacenter.com/ before you/your attorney draft the LCA and I-129.

同WAC，自己的还没动静，号段附近随机查了大概100个左右，已出结果的多数是RFE，只有极个别直接approve的自己本身对抽签这事儿还挺佛系，但看到一片RFE也是有点淡定不了。。。
