奇葩RFE，USCIS 把学历，OPT，CPT的信息搞错了

五月底收到的RFE材料，刚看到的时候吓一跳，我明明是NYU毕业的,也没有被批准过超过一年的OPT，交给律所的材料经过核实也是对的，结果RFE说是这样的。。。 Maintaining of status: Multiple years of Practical Trainning at Same Education Level: The initial evidence indicate that you attended University of North Carolina at Charlotte and was granted CPT valid from 1/16/17 to 05/12/2017 and OPT from 06/19/2017 to 09/30/2018.

打电话给fragomen 问过， 她们说她们提交的材料没问题，说USCIS把信息搞错了，很常见，但是我好像没在地里见过这样的情况。
请问有人和我同样情况的吗？

看到说CPTOPT加起来不能超过一年的,版主能封了他么.根本就是瞎bb. CPT不能超过一年,否则没有OPT.

cpt实习了多久，申请opt时应从12个月扣除

Additional documentation is required to establish that the beneficiary was maintaining a valid F-I nonimmigrant status at the time of filing.

Multiple Years of Practical Training at Same Education Level
It appears that the beneficiary was granted more than 12 months of practical training at the same educational level. Students may be authorized 12 months of practical training, and become eligible for another 12 months of practical training when he or she changes to a higher educational level.

Evidence indicates that the beneficiary attended Rochester Institute of Technology and was granted CPT while the beneficiary was completing her degree, which was valid from October 03, 2016 to December 19, 2016 and February 08, 2017 to October 01, 2017. Then received Post Completion-OPT from October 02, 2017 to October 01, 2018. Therefore, it appears that the beneficiary was granted more than 12 months of practical training at the same educational level.
Submit a detailed statement, along with supporting evidence to explain the periods of time the beneficiary was granted practical training at the same educational level.

在网上查到“CPT是给学习期间用的，OPT是给毕业前后用的。此外，CPT的时间长度可以接近一年，但是不能用满一年；相比之下，申请OPT在前几年可以有一整年，现在一般只有3个月，一般来说读Master的OPT的时间为一年。”

不过楼主是先申请了几个月的cpt再申请opt吧，也需要符合这样的规定吗

我觉得先后不是问题，反正cpt opt和在一起在同一个degree level就不能超过一年 这个是新的解读

那岂不是说要是像申满一年opt 上学期间就不能用cpt实习了？
