关于存款证明BU小秘的回复~

一直在纠结要不要办存款证明，毕竟那么多钱不好一下子筹啊~
而且现在要求存款证明的学校并不多。
就问了一下BU的小秘。
回复如下。

Thank you for your interest in Boston University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. The international student documents such as financial documentation are not viewed by the department, and are not used in the departmental review process.  The financial documents are used when processing recommendations for admission, and are required if the department does not offer financial aid.

Please indicate on the International Applicant Coversheet or International Student Data Form below the checklist if you will be applying for financial aid and are not including financial documentation. If in the event you are recommended for admission without financial aid, you would need to provide financial documentation before you would receive official admission and an I-20 for your visa.

The estimate of expenses is available here:
http://www.bu.edu/isso/students/ ... -Expenses-CRC.html.  If the academic year you are applying to has not been updated, please add 5% to the expected estimated expenses to ensure that your documentation will be sufficient.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact the Admissions Office at grs@bu.edu.

想问问，申请奖学金 和 不申请奖学金 会对申请的结果产生影响嘛？
录取委员会 会有偏好嘛？

话说看到它家也有要签证附近件什么的，这也不用必须的吗？

想问下：要注释apply for financial aid 这句话在什么地方? 直接写在International Applicant Coversheet上面是吧？

他们家的网申 好复杂 要的东西好多啊。

大家都是申请BU的CS吗？我网申第一项Program Selection就就没整明白，MS的选项里只有一个Bioinformatics,根本没有Computer Science，怎么破？

给他跪了，原来他家的CS是放在master of Art里面了.......以此提醒后来人！看来要做个文艺的码农了！
