八卦下科技公司 turnover rate 是不是真的平均 25%？

我在一家 150~180 人左右的新創快工作一年了，看到好多人離開創業，少數跳槽，也有一些被 let go。昨天公司 retreat CEO 說平均新創和科技公司 annualized turnover 平均在 25%, 所以我們公司 20% (let go + leave voluntarily) 代表我們 hire 進來的大部分員工能力夠強，fit the culture well，也 really believe in our mission。

很好奇其他新創和科技公司 annualized turnover 有 25% 那麼高嗎？通常都是為了什麼原因走呀？

25%有点太高了.. 而且startup理论上来说turnover应该比大公司低一点, 因为startup里技术overlap少, 招replacement难,  所以相比大公司,每走一个人会对公司造成不小的损失. regretted attrition大部分时间都是startup里锻炼了能力然后跳去大公司捞金吧, 或者就是跳去其他startup顺便升个职. 推荐楼主关注下公司里的技术牛人, 如果他们纷纷跳船可能会预示公司有些你看不到的问题.
