UNC的财产证明

这个奇怪的学校，为什么没录取前，网申的时候就要上传财产证明。如果申请PHD要求奖学金的也需要么？怕交完给个AD。。。

1. I am an international application. It is VERY difficult for me to obtain a financial document from bank right now. Can I just upload the Financial Certification Worksheet and other supporting materials for application? If admitted, I will mail you the official financial document.
2. Do you admit international applicants who submit after Dec 1?

1.Thank you for your interest in graduate study at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  The Graduate School does not require you to submit the Student Data Form/Financial Certification Worksheet and accompanying documentation during the application process, although you may do so if you wish.  You will only be asked to upload these documents after you have been accepted to a graduate program.  You may wish to ask the program you are applying to whether they require these documents earlier.  This page will give you information on how to contact them: http://gradschool.unc.edu/programs/degreeprograms/ (select the program you are applying to).
2.The December 1 deadline was only a suggestion to help give international applicants time to gather documentation.  You can ask your department what the actual deadline is.

Feel free to upload your financial certificate right now or later.  You have until Feb. 12 to upload both certificate and bank statement.
