申请了UMN CS的学长学姐看过来

想问一下往届申请UMN CS的学长学姐，WES认证是必要的吗？有没有学长学姐没有认证给ad的。谢谢啦！
UMN的官网上是这样子写

For applicants submitting transcripts from non-U.S. universities, it is required to submit a course-by-course credential evaluation alongside the transcripts that are uploaded to applications from a credential evaluation service. We prefer World Education Services (WES), however, we will also accept Education Credential Evaluators (ECE ).

因为目前打算申请的项目中好像只有UMN需要WES，如果一定要的话，可能会选择战略性放弃这个项目

上一条忽略，网页是改了吗，我现在看到的是For applicants submitting transcripts from non-U.S. universities, we strongly recommend (not required) submitting a course-by-course credential evaluation (in addition to the transcripts) that are uploaded to applications from a credential evaluation service. This document is an optional piece of your application. We prefer World Education Services (WES), however, we will also accept Education Credential Evaluators (ECE ). Do not send us a physical copy the credential evaluation. You will upload the WES or ECE document in the "Academic History Section" section along with your other transcripts.不是强制的，只是强烈推荐

但是我看的官网上是You will need to provide official transcripts/academic records after you are admitted to a graduate program. If admitted, an official transcript/credential must be sent to the Graduate School Office of Admissions as an official document, issued by the original institution.
应该是录取后再发官方的成绩单吧

哇，哭了。。。同问不交wes真的行吗，还挺喜欢这个学校的
