驾照renew问题

大家好， 麻烦问一个关于驾照renew的问题。我的case是这样的：
我以前有Colorado的驾照，但是2018年4月过期了，一直没有renew，我六月份毕业，现在是opt期间，ead卡还在being reproduced，准备去Atlanta工作，请问我应该等拿到ead卡了，拿着驾照和i20再去atlanta 的dmv renew驾照么？需不需要找学校要什么材料呀？

ok, 我查到了：

Transfer Out-of-State Driver's License/ID

Basic Requirements：
1. Applicant must be at least 18 years old or 17 years old with an equivalent class C driver's license.
2. Any out-of-state driver's license/permit/ID card must be surrendered.
3. The out-of-state driver's license must be valid or expired less than 2 years.
4. Pass Vision Exam.

Documents Required：
1. Documentation showing your identity, residential address, full social security number, and U.S. citizenship or proof of lawful status in the United States. Please refer to Secure ID for more information.
2. Current out-of-state driver's license.
3. If the applicant previously was issued a driver's license/permit/ID card in another state, and that card has been lost or stolen, the applicant must provide a certified copy of his or her driving record or motor vehicle report from the state that issued the card. The MVR must be dated within the last 30 days. The DDS does not accept uncertified copies printed from websites, but a fax may be sent to the DDS directly from the other state agency.
4. All documents must be in English.

算上来来回回的时间和金钱成本，我当时就在德州重考了，德州不到25岁还要上6小时的网课。
不知道佐治亚州有没有第三方驾校可以考路考的，那样的话应该比在dmv预约路考要快很多。

嗯嗯，我可能问的有问题，renew肯定是不行的，毕竟不是一个州，只能说直接换当地的驾照。我是在加州，难道要回科州renew，再去亚特兰大么。。。。重考也好麻烦。。。。

我在新泽西，新泽西的情况是需要i20和ead，不需要学校的材料，你可以查查你们州的dmv网站看看要求

你需要查一下佐治亚州的规定，我之前外州的驾照过期了，到德州是没法renew的。我当时有两个选择：1. 先回原来的州renew，再转到德州；2.在德州重考。所需材料到当地dmv官网看。

这个是ga transfer 驾照的链接。之前我用OPT申请renewal的时候主要就是I20和ead卡。还有一些其他材料（ssn, 带些utility的账单做地址证明之类的）这个官网也有list。
