Approve后制卡42天还在等待求人品

你的照片问题回复也是下面这样吗？——“According to USCIS, your EAD card was not forwarded because there was an issue with quality control due to the picture you provided. However, currently the record division is able to adjust the photo in such a way the the EAD can be produced. If you do not receive the EAD card in 10 business days please let me know”
反正我和楼主得到的回复一摸一样！

我是YSC18902469xx，9月4号开始制卡，5号approve，至今没有收到。我一直靠IL议员的人联系。昨天终于收到新回复，结果是这样的：
Thank you for your follow-up.  We have reached out to our team here who monitors these types of issues and they have indicated they do not have a timeframe by which to expect this issue to be resolved.
Unfortunately, new photos will not resolve the issue either.  We are also monitoring this issue and as soon as we see it has been resolved, we will reach back out to you to let you know. However, if you have not heard from us within 30 days, please feel free to reach to us again.

完全就是在故意拖。90%可能这个photo quality issue就是个幌子。

我现在完全不知道怎么办了。

刚刚去大神爬虫网站看了一下，我周围200个case，就我一个是produced了没消息的。崩溃

我也是这么觉得的，怎么可能照片问题会一直拖这么久。正常照片扫描到电脑里面，如果有问题，久直接FRE了，为什么要等到打印之后才说照片问题？ 很奇怪也。这不是就是耽误事吗？

我今天也收到了一个很官方的回答。。

Our service records indicate that we recently approved your Form I-765 and sent it to card production. If you do not receive the Employment Authorization Document within 30 days, please contact us again.

真的是没有任何用处。好烦。

周围200个看的这个范围不大，你可以看前后1000个，我感觉uscis是跳着来的，不是一个一个按号走的。。。就是一定号段内是随机的。。。photo quality这个是第一次卡出来质检不过，目测3%－5%的概率，我中间各种渠道然后零散的信息拼凑一起就是，他们会先把我们这些案子放上个两三周，然后再把我们forward到另一个department调照片，然后二次制卡，二次制卡完了审核质检，如果过了才会最终寄出来。而且这中间每一个步骤感觉都要排队。。。就算每个步骤花一周也就是要一个多月，所以就是慢

我9.5变成mailed，现在还没见到卡，也没有查到过tracking的状态><

我的地址是我女朋友的（c/o...)，在北卡，之前approval notice收的都没问题..
