Multiple fully-funded PhD positions at UCF

Dr. Fan Yao is the assistant professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the University of Central Florida. His research group currently has multiple PhD positions available starting from 2019 Spring/Fall semester. His research interests are in the areas of computer architecture, architecture/system security, security of machine learning, debugging, energy efficient computing, accelerators and heterogeneous computing. His works are published in leading system and architecture venues including HPCA, DSN, TIFS, and CLOUD. Prospective students
Interested students with solid backgrounds in computer systems, proficient programming skills (e.g., C/C++, python) are encouraged to contact him via email: fan.yao@ucf.edu. High-motivated students from other background are also welcome to apply. Once admitted, full scholarship would be provided.
