如何和公司谈offer

如题 楼主传统行业 hr 口头谈offer 现在手上没有其他offer 怎样可以和hr谈 尽量可以多拿 package？理由我想了下：1.不需要relocation fee 2.  prevailing wage level 2比现在给的多 所以需要多给一些来match level 2  prevailing wage， 不然 h1b transfer可能会有问题 公司也会从中受益
I wish the salary can be negotiated. The reason is that I will not request for relocation fee for this job offer. In addition, I checked on website, prevailing wage for level 2. I think if salary lower than prevailing wage, it may cause an issue for H1b transfer. I believe company will benefit from the investment to me as well.

还有其他理由可以和hr说的么？一时间想不出来了。。。。
